I'm a friendly, approachable and professional therapist who listens to your needs and takes time to deliver the highest level of service you deserve. Every treatment is bespoke to your individual needs.
I pride myself on delivering personalised, one to one sessions that are specific to your needs
If you are suffering from a specific sports injury or aches and pains due to your job or lifestyle please contact me to discuss your individual requirements. My clinic is located in an independent gym in Formby, Merseyside with free parking and ground floor access.
There is no magic wand and no set number of treatments necessary to cure your pain. I guarantee however that every session is bespoke to your needs and you will leave the clinic feeling so much better than when you arrived.
I have been in the fitness industry for 22 years starting off as a gym instructor before training to become a personal trainer working with a range of clients in gyms in the South East and London before moving to Merseyside 15 years ago. My main work interest has always leaned towards helping people with inuries or conditions that prevented them from exercising freely. That interest in desire to heal led to me retraining as a sports therapist gaining firstly level 3 then level 4 qualifications. In January 2021 I achieved my level 5 status and am now a fully qualified clinical and sports therapist.

Specific treatments available for back, legs and full body.
Closely linked to sports therapy rehab and prehab (pre surgery) sessions focus on preparation and recovery from surgery and may involve gym based exercise.
Made famous by many high profile sportspeople, cupping has been around for hundreds of years and uses a vacuum to relieve tension and aid blood flow to the muscle cells.
Similar to acupuncture, needling has been used to treat pain for many years. Whereas acupuncture works on the theory of meridians and energy lines, needling works by releasing areas of tension directly in the muscles.
Clinically proven to help aid recovery from injury ultrasound is a painless treatment that features in most sports therapy treatments.
Used for either supporting a joint during exercise or encouraging muscles to lie in a set direction. Strapping or taping is often used at the end of a sports therapy treatment or clients may come into clinic to be taped prior to a sporting event.
Effective in relieving pain electrotherapy can also be used to encourage muscle strength in weak muscles particularly post operatively.
Enjoy all the benefits of a sports massage with the added luxury of hot stones. Designed to relieve stress and deliver maximum relaxation !
Sports therapy is suitable for children especially if they participate in sport on a regular basis. Looking after young bodies helps to prevent injury and instill good habits early on. Under 16's are welcome in clinic but need to be accompanied by an adult.
